Lola Dune is a virtual ska and rocksteady artist created by songwriter Maria Murray, blending heart, humor, joy, and longing into songs about love, memory, connection, hope—and, every now and then, a certain rude boy.
Moving between ska-punk anthems, ska and rocksteady grooves, with a little soul woven in, Lola’s music can be playful, aching, stubborn, hopeful, and sometimes all of those at once. Behind Lola Dune is songwriter Maria Murray, who writes every lyric and uses AI music tools to bring Lola and her songs to life. Every song begins with a human story and takes shape in a world where the beat keeps moving, even when the heart needs a minute to catch up.
